Valve Capital Partners (VCP) is a multi-business parent company focused on practical real-estate investments primarily  in Western Washington (Greater Seattle & Tacoma) and Dallas–Fort Worth, TX. We buy, improve, and operate single-family and small multifamily properties- and we do it with partners. 

VCP is a Veteran-owned business founded by U.S. Army veterans, bringing discipline, clear communication, and follow-through to every deal.
